What clients say ...
"I worked with Carolyn at Carlsberg when she was International HR Manager in Copenhagen. She was always professional and a good team player and strong Leader. Carolyn was well respected and fitted well into our Scandinavian team, with a good sense of humour.
We have remained in touch over the past years and I am sure she will continue to prosper in her career and life in general. I will at any time be happy to give her my best recommendations!"

"Carolyn expertly coached me through my preparation for ICF re-accreditation (2023).
She has a kind and engaging style with an innate ability to gently challenge, which I really appreciated.
I would recommend her as a professional coach without hesitation"
Mel Greaves
PCC FRAeS
"Carolyn always displayed strong customer service alongside a strong work ethic. You could rely on her for information, she was the one in the know, and to provide you with valuable advice when needed. She also had good instincts about HR issues and organisational dynamics. She was fun to have around, good company and a real friend; whilst she was serious about delivering on her commitments, she also knew how to let her hair down and never took herself too seriously."
Zoe Marshall
HR Professional
"Carolyn built the HR function, took the initiative and always provided sound HR advice and leadership. She regularly benchmarked HR practices to ensure that we remained competitive and that they were appropriate for our business needs. She managed to balance business requirements with individual needs, and I, along with the rest of the team, valued and trusted Carolyn’s support and counsel.
She built excellent relationships with external stakeholders as well as internally. As a stand-alone HR Manager she was often required to stand her ground, which she was not afraid to do and was respected for this. I have no hesitation in recommending Carolyn as a professional, trusted and extremely capable HR Manager and Business Partner."
